Time well spent

I had a really great day today...went shopping to the Whole Foods Market with a couple friends, my mother and grandmother. It was so nice to just take the hour long trip and talk and laugh and shop. Here I just posted about feeling consumed...but times like today, I need. I do so appreciate my family and friends. What a gift.
